Privacy Policy
Last updated:
ImageME is designed so that image editing happens in your browser. This policy explains what happens to your files and what limited browsing information is used when you access the service.
Files and editing results
Images, PDFs and other files you select are processed on your device by browser features and local code. ImageME does not upload those files to an ImageME server for editing, storage or training.
Generated files remain in your browser until you download them or leave the session. You are responsible for retaining or deleting files stored on your device.
Usage analytics
ImageME uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and interactions with tools. Google may receive information such as page URL, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, interaction events and identifiers or cookies used by its analytics service.
Analytics data is not the content of the files you edit. ImageME does not intentionally send selected images or generated results through analytics events.
Information stored in your browser
When you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is saved in your browser local storage so it can be restored on later visits. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Sharing, retention and choices
Selected files are not shared by ImageME because they are processed locally. Browsing and analytics information may be processed by Google under its own privacy terms and retention configuration.
You can limit analytics using browser privacy settings, content blockers or other controls available on your device. Privacy rights that apply to analytics processing can be exercised through the applicable provider controls and any contact channel made available for the service.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the service, its analytics configuration or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current published version.
