Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms govern access to and use of ImageME. By using a tool, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
The service
ImageME provides free browser-based tools to transform, convert and export image-related files. The tools run locally on your device and are provided without requiring an account.
Your files and permissions
You retain responsibility for files you select and for the results you download. You must have the rights or permission necessary to process, edit and share any content you use with the service.
Because processing occurs on your device, you should review each output before publishing, sharing or relying on it, especially after redaction, compression or format conversion.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ImageME to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls or interfere with availability for others.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Browser support, local device resources and file formats may affect output or availability. Features may change or be discontinued.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImageME does not warrant that results will be error-free, suitable for a particular use or permanently available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImageME is not liable for loss of files, quality changes, incorrect redaction, loss of data or indirect damages resulting from your use of the tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and updates
Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains local file processing and analytics. These terms may be updated as the service evolves; continued use after publication of revised terms means the revised terms apply to future use.
